Overview

As the Director of Marketing, Omnichannel Lead, you will hold a pivotal position within the US TTR marketing team, driving the success of the TTR franchise across both healthcare professional (HCP) and consumer channels. Our team is at the forefront of commercializing an industry-leading TTR Franchise, with a focus on preparing for the potential launch of Vutrisiran in cardiomyopathy while continuing to establish market leadership for ONPATTRO® (patisiran) and AMVUTTRA® (vutrisiran) in polyneuropathy.

If approved, Vutisiran is anticipated to emerge with a market-leading profile in ATTR-CM, offering a unique mechanism of action and the potential for a highly impactful clinical profile in a rapidly growing market with significant unmet patient needs. In this role, you will be entrusted with developing comprehensive strategies and tactics that harmonize with our overarching TTR franchise strategy and resonate effectively across all channels.

Working closely with US TTR marketing leadership, as well as indication and customer leads, you will ensure seamless coordination and alignment across channels, driving forward our mission to deliver innovative solutions and improve outcomes for patients with hATTR-PN and ATTR-CM, if approved.

The position is a hybrid position located in Cambridge, MA and will report to the Senior Director, US TTR HCP Team Lead with up to ~40% travel to conferences/KOL engagements/field training meetings/etc.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a comprehensive omnichannel strategy aimed at maximizing Share of Voice (SOV) for AMV across all relevant channels including digital, traditional, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead the optimization of all digital channels targeting healthcare professionals (HCPs) and consumers (patients and caregivers) ensuring the delivery of impactful content and experiences.
  • Collaborate with HCP, Patient, and Med Ed teams including to ensure alignment of messaging and tactics across channel.
  • Develop and execute key marketing materials across digital and non-personal promotion channels
  • Develop a robust set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the brand to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives across all channels.
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing teams and market research functions, leveraging insights to inform channel strategies and messaging.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine and improve digital marketing efforts.
  • Partner closely with the Field Engagement Lead to integrate digital strategies into field initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment and effectiveness across channels.
  • Continuously evaluate performance against KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Foster a culture of strategic thinking and tactical execution among team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Encourage innovation and experimentation to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
  • Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of all strategies and tactics
  • Effectively manage and maintain relationships with Agency Partners

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing, healthcare consulting, or healthcare agency experience, with a focus on omnichannel strategy and digital marketing preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful omnichannel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
  • Proven skills in strategic and critical thinking in dynamic and face paced environments
  • Experience in specialty products strongly preferred
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives
  • Proven ability in managing external agencies and vendors
  • Proven project / program management experience
  • If employed in the U.S., being fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as defined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is required
