Overview
The Director, Regional People Operations will manage the People Operations function, systems and services across the region. This role is accountable for building a high‑performing team, continuously improving processes, and partnering across HR Centers of Excellence to ensure organizational alignment. Reporting to the VP, People Experience, this position plays a critical role in advancing how HR delivers an Efficient, Effective, and Exceptional Experience across the organization!
This is a hybrid position and will primarily be based in Cambridge, MA.
Responsibilities
- Lead People Operations transformation initiatives, partnering across HR to evolve systems, processes, and ways of working that collectively enable an Efficient, Effective, and Exceptional Experience.
- Build, develop, and lead a high‑performing People Operations team, establishing clear operating standards, accountabilities, and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Design and continuously enhance employee experiences across the end‑to‑end people lifecycle using a process‑driven, customer‑focused approach.
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated, enterprise‑aligned solutions.
- Leverage data, analytics, and systems insights to identify gaps, address limitations, and drive measurable operational improvements.
- Drive a strategic approach to the development of People Operations, continuously seeking out best practices and evaluating opportunities for automation where appropriate.
- Act as a trusted advisor across HR functions, ensuring People Operations capabilities enable enterprise priorities and employee experience outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of related experience required, with a strong background in human resources, consulting, and/or a comparable field.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
- Proven experience building and leading high‑performing teams within complex, matrixed, or global organizations, including leading teams through change.
- Strong systems and process orientation, with demonstrated success driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to balance standardization with flexibility to meet diverse customer and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a team is a must.
- Demonstrated change in management skills and drive & influencing skills needed.

U.S. Pay Range
$191,300.00 - $258,700.00
The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
