Overview
As the Senior Manager, HCP Marketing, this individual will play a significant role on the US TTR Marketing Team in supporting the success of our brand strategy and execution. This individual will contribute to the development of comprehensive strategies, field tactics, and messaging that align with our TTR franchise strategy and resonate with healthcare professionals (HCPs) nationwide. They will partner with individuals across the marketing team as well as with key cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and alignment between marketing initiatives and field activities.
The position will report to the Director, US HCP Marketing, CM Lead and is located in Cambridge, MA or remote with up to ~40% travel to conferences/KOL engagements/field training meetings/etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to development and evolution of HCP marketing strategy & messaging in alignment with overall brand objectives
- Develop and execute field-facing resources in partnership with the CM Indication Lead
- Collaborate with Sales leadership and Training team to shape and deliver field training initiatives
- Support execution of coordinated field customer engagement strategy across cross-functional field teams
- Lead exploration of AI-driven tools and innovation in partnership with cross-functional team to inform marketing strategies and execution
- Lead field (BAE) communications
- Own management of HCP promotional inventory and performance tracking, including reporting on utilization and key impact metrics
- Partner with market research & advanced analytics to generate and apply insights that refine messaging and optimize execution
- Collaborate with legal, regulatory, and compliance stakeholders to ensure compliant development and execution of all strategies and tactics
- Manage day-to-day operations and relationships with agency partners, including oversight of project timelines and associated budgets
Qualifications
- BS/BA degree (science or business degree preferred) with a minimum of 5 years in the pharmaceutical, biotech, life sciences consulting, or related industry. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and selling in competitive markets
- Launch experience and commercialization of new products preferred
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Proven ability to influence without authority and work with cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of brand strategic imperatives
- Proven ability in managing external agencies and vendors
- Proven project / program management experience
