Overview

The Senior Manager, US Field Operations and Medical Effectiveness will partner with US Field Medical leadership to drive and execute on tactical plans. They will oversee all medical programs working closely with KOLs and internal stakeholders to ensure each program is a success. They will work on enhancing processes and implementing new processes where needed. They will be responsible for capturing all field medical needs assessments and business justifications, routing for approvals and executing each program. They will be responsible for field medical onboarding and technology. They will also be responsible for submitting field medical material through MRB for review and approval for use at regional congresses.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project management support for all US Medical Affairs led programs including
  • Support Compliance review and approval of regional and national ad boards
  • Partner with Legal team to ensure contracts are developed and executed for each program prior to the execution of the program
  • Ensure all field medical annual needs assessments and business justification forms are submitted for Compliance approval
  • Support KOLs/HCPs with contracting, scheduling, and traveling needs
  • Schedule all US medical programs and manage US Medical Affairs team calendar to ensure all medical programs are captured and accessible to the broader team
  • Oversee the onboarding of all new field medical personnel and resolve any issues, manage distribution lists, credentialing, take meeting notes and assist with developing PPT presentations
  • Maintain Medical Affairs maps/profiles and rosters
  • Work with US Field Medical Leadership on all territory business plans
  • Oversee US medical budget development and management
  • Partner with Director of US Strategy and Operations on the development of overall U.S. Field Medical strategic and tactical plan
  • Supervise vendor and logistics implementation
  • Manage all field medical material submissions through MRB for approval for regional congresses
  • Provide operational support for HEOR research activities

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare or life sciences required
  • 3 years industry experience
  • Able to effectively network and partner with internal and external stakeholders, building consensus and leveraging partnerships to advance projects
  • Strong operational capabilities, eye for detail and commitment to tracking and reporting progress
  • Demonstrated ability to build productive collaborations with healthcare professionals
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
  • Able to thrive as part of a team and when working independently
  • Proven track record of delivering results that meet or exceed targeted objectives
