Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Patient Recruitment & Retention Specialist to join a dynamic team. This role will be key in supporting the implementation of patient recruitment and retention (PR&R) efforts across multiple programs.

The primary role is leading administrative tasks associated with the development and execution of the patient recruitment and retention materials and tactics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead administrative tasks associated with the development and execution of PR&R materials and tactics. Including but not limited to:
    • Meeting agendas/minutes
    • Internal approval process
    • Ethics committee submissions and approvals
    • Translation management
    • Printing and shipping management
    • Vendor contracting
    • Invoice management
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Metrics tracking
  • Maintain the Clinical Trial Inquiry database, responses, and data tracking
  • Conduct TMF filing and spot checks for PR&R
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders on PR& R status updates
  • Contribute to PR&R team as needed
  • Ability to travel up to 15%

Qualifications

  • 4-5 years of clinical research experience, with at least 1 year patient recruitment and retention experience
  • BA, BS, or Master’s preferred
  • Ability to work in Microsoft office and other digitalized systems such as Veeva and Salesforce
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast paced workplace setting across multiple programs
