Overview:

 

Alnylam is seeking a progressive, dynamic, business-focused HR Business Partner to support our US Commercial organization. Reporting to the VP HR, Commercial, this HR Business Partner will play a key role in delivering on the people and organizational strategy in partnership with our US Commercial leadership team. Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior leaders to drive business results and evolve the organization in a sustainable and effective way.
  • Shape and execute robust people and culture strategies and support our Company wide transformation.
  • Improve leadership and team effectiveness.
  • Drive organization development and design.
  • In partnership with Talent Acquisition, develop workforce plans to recruit top talent.

Strategic Partner:

  • Lead HR strategy and execution. Ensure alignment between business imperatives and the HR strategy and objectives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to determine effective HR solutions to facilitate organizational growth and effectiveness.

Coach and Develop:

  • Act as strategic advisor on all aspects of people and leadership including development plans, change management, team effectiveness, employee engagement.

HR Lifecycle:

  • Run annual HR processes (i.e. compensation planning, performance management, talent review, workforce planning etc.).
  • Lead one or more HR projects.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 12 years’ experience in HR, including senior level HR Business Partner roles, required. Experience in HR Centers of Excellence (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Compensation, Employee Relations) preferred.
  • Successful track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a global and fully integrated Company required.
  • Experience in life sciences required.

 

U.S. Pay Range

$225,300.00 - $304,800.00

 

The pay range reflects the hourly wage range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. Pay range does not include shift differential pay if applicable. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
