Overview
The Senior Manager, Agency & Content Supply Management is responsible for supporting operational excellence, governance, and scalability across agency management, content supply chain operations, and print production & fulfillment management within the Commercial organization.
This role serves as a key operational partner across Promotional Materials Management, supporting standardized ways of working, agency oversight, workflow optimization, and system-related initiatives, including Veeva PromoMats, claims management, taxonomy, digital asset management, automation, and AI-enabled efficiencies.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational, systems, and cross-functional collaboration experience within regulated promotional environments and will partner closely with Commercial, Omnichannel, Information Management, Information Technology, Compliance, Legal, and agency teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of standardized agency governance models, operational processes, and ways of working.
- Manage agency operational oversight, including KPIs, SLAs, and performance tracking.
- Serve as the primary representative for strategic content operations and systems-related initiatives, including but not limited to Claims Management, Digital Asset Management, Workflow automation, and the like.
- Review workflows and business processes to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, operational efficiency, and improved content lifecyle management.
- ead oversight of print production, inventory, fulfillment management, and field readiness activities, ensuring alignment with approved use, operational standards, and compliance requirements, including management of an external contractor.
- Build strong partnerships across Commercial, Compliance, Legal, Information Technology, Omnichannel, and agency teams to support operational excellence and scalable business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across varying levels of the organization to support operational excellence and strategic initiatives.
- Support change management, operational governance, and execution readiness associated with new systems, workflows, and operational capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–8 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Content Operations, Agency Management, Commercial Operations, or related functions within pharma, biotech, or healthcare.
- Working knowledge of MLR / Commercial Review Board (CRB) review processes and regulated promotional environments.
- Experience managing agencies, workflows, and operational governance processes.
- Experience with Veeva Vault/PromoMats/Salesforce strongly preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
- Experience supporting workflow optimization, automation, and operational process improvement initiatives.

U.S. Pay Range
$125,700.00 - $170,100.00
The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
