Overview:

 

Alnylam Pharmaceuticals is seeking a US TTR Revenue Senior Manager to join the US TTR Finance organization in one of Cambridge’s most innovative, publicly traded biotech companies focused on translating the science of siRNA into human therapies.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful revenue reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, curious, and passionate about uncovering trends and driving automation to improve efficiency and data integrity. This position offers significant visibility within the organization and frequent interaction with senior leadership.

 

This role reports directly to the Senior Director, US TTR Finance and interfaces regularly with the Associate Director of Revenue, Manager of Opex, and the extended US TTR team. The position is hybrid and primarily based in Cambridge, MA.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Revenue Reporting & Analysis

  • Manage daily sales reporting across multiple dimensions (SF, demand, ex-factory, and revenue).
  • Produce weekly demand-based new patient add reports for leadership.
  • Maintain and enhance the weekly CM patient model to enable better near term forecasting.
  • Track detailed daily unit volume (including across distributor, region, source of business, payer, and other dimensions) to support enhanced forecast modeling.
  • Deliver accurate reporting and provide clear explanations of emerging trends.
  • Cross-train on other responsibilities across US TTR finance team; support some opex tracking as needed.

 

Month-End Close & Data Management

  • Support month-end close activities, including demand tie-out and master file maintenance.
  • Ensure data integrity across revenue processes through rigorous checks and reconciliations.

 

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate reporting processes, including potential migration of some reports to automated dashboards.
  • Implement tools and solutions that improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in revenue management, FP&A, or similar analytical roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work with complex datasets.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

 

U.S. Pay Range

$138,600.00 - $187,500.00

 

The pay range reflects the full-time base salary range we expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Base pay will be determined based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education. This role is eligible for an annual short-term incentive award (e.g., bonus or sales incentive) and an annual long-term incentive award (e.g., equity).
