At Alnylam, we were founded in 2002 with a bold vision: to revolutionize medicine through RNA interference (RNAi). Today, that mission drives us forward as we develop ground-breaking treatments for rare genetic, cardio-metabolic, hepatic infectious, and central nervous system diseases with significant unmet needs.

Our success speaks for itself—ONPATTRO™ (patisiran) became the first FDA-approved RNAi therapeutic, and we’re advancing three more investigational medicines in late-stage development. As a company recognized by The Boston Globe as a Top Place to Work four years running, we’re committed to fostering an environment where innovation thrives.

  • Experience with protocol, ICF, CRF, CSR development and review
  • Strong regulatory knowledge (GCPs), vendor management expertise, and experience leading multinational studies.
  • Experience in novel clinical drug development
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience
