The Marketing Operations Specialist provides proactive operational oversight and support on the execution of operational programs and projects as needed. The specialist supports in the implemented process improvement initiatives to ensure improved efficiencies for the regional and local country teams, in collaboration with our key business partners across the Commercial and Medical organization to ensure alignment of operational processes with business strategies, ensuring deliverables meet the required. This role supports with digital content solutions & development of operational technological processes used to request, review, approve and reconcile materials.The role reports to Marketing Operations Manager.

 

Summary of Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with Brand, Regulatory,legal and compliance stakeholders to project manage material submissions through CRB clinics in a timely manner
  • Daily coordination of materials inc quality checking materials submissions to adhere to SOP
  • Supporting project owner for submission and approval of materials.
  • Support launch activities by ensuring local teams and Project Owners (PO’s) have resources through Promomats.
  • Supporting the CRB manager in Digital Asset Management (DAM) integration and maintenance of regional/local brand portal assets
  • Content librarian for digital assets, soft files and training vendors on digital content uploads.
  • Adopt innovative solutions that improve process efficiencies. through automation, new tools, or optimized workflows, drive meaningful change.
  • Ensure compliance to training and education regulatory requirements and consistent implementation of best practices, standards, and training for system users.
  • Support the development and maintenance of training content, process documentation and reference materials.
  • Provide daily support and direction to logistics vendor and internal partners on established processes.
  • Work with marketing on the management, update and distribution of materials

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, ideally in business or scientific discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
  • Expertise in Marketing Operations essential
  • Experience in commercial operations, meetings management, and/or marketing desirable.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience with Veeva platforms highly desirable.
  • Proven project and vendor management skills including budget management, planning.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross functional teams .
  • Familiar with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales and commercial policies and practices.
  • Excellent project management experience
  • Strong developed understanding of local regulations ABPI/EFPIA is desirable
