Overview

 

The Senior Manager, Insights & Analytics will play a critical role in enabling the success of Amvuttra’s launch for cardiomyopathy in priority international markets, Supporting International TTR Commercial organization by delivering and integrating actionable, data-driven analysis across multiple analytics disciplines (including Business Intelligence, Market Insight, Competitive Intelligence, Digital, and Advanced Analytics). This role will drive market readiness, competitive differentiation, and launch performance by fostering data-driven decision-making and collaborating with priority market teams.

Additionally, this role will play a key part in promoting data literacy and democratization across the commercial organization by enabling country analysts to leverage centralized analytics platforms, adopt best practices, and apply standardized analytical methodologies. By equipping analysts with the necessary tools and frameworks, this role will ensure they can execute strategic and tactical launch plans with confidence and consistency.

The position requires exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as broad analytics proficiency, to deliver relevant, timely, accurate, compliant, and consistent insights that have a measurable impact on the business.

This position reports to the International Insights & Analytics function and is based in Maidenhead, UK.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Insights & Analytics Support

  • Provide analytical support and business insights to commercial teams across Business Intelligence, Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, Digital, and Advanced Analytics.
  • Develop and deliver market-specific insights and actionable recommendations to enable successful pre and post launch planning for Amvuttra in priority cardiomyopathy markets.
  • Support detailed competitive landscape assessments to identify differentiators and inform market-specific strategies for Amvuttra’s launch in cardiomyopathy.
  • Collaborate closely with priority market teams to monitor launch performance, track adoption trends, and identify early opportunities or risks."
  • Work with the regional I&A team and country analysts to synthesize data from multiple sources (internal and external) to create a holistic view of perfomance and generate actionable insights that support commercial decision-making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure data required for analysis is accessible, well-structured, and meets analytical needs.
  • Translate business questions into data-driven insights and recommendations that drive strategic actions.

 

Data Literacy & Democratization

  • Act as a data literacy advocate, training, and mentoring country analysts to effectively utilize centralized analytics platforms.
  • Provide tailored training and resources to priority market analysts to ensure they can leverage centralized platforms and analytics for launch success, particularly for Amvuttra’s cardiomyopathy indication.
  • Develop training materials, workshops, and best practices to support the adoption of standardized analytical approaches across the commercial organization.
  • Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by enabling commercial teams to derive insights independently and confidently.

 

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as a liaison between regional and country-level analysts, ensuring alignment on data priorities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and reporting methodologies.
  • Partner with priority market local teams ensuring they have access to timely, relevant, and actionable insights to track launch performance and optimize launch outcomes.
  • Collaborate with IT, Data Engineering, and external vendors to ensure that analytical tools and dashboards support business needs.
  • Actively engage with commercial teams to understand their analytical challenges and opportunities, facilitating continuous improvements in insights delivery.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven track record in analytics, business intelligence, or insights generation, with experience of working in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches, including pre-launch planning, market readiness, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into cohesive insights that inform decision-making.
  • Proficiency in tools for data analysis and visualization, with a focus on actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to assess competitive landscapes and inform market-specific strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with priority market teams.
  • Experience mentoring and training analysts on analytics platforms and standardized methodologies.
  • Strong ability to identify market risks and opportunities and provide proactive solutions.
  • Knowledge of payer landscapes, healthcare systems, and regulatory environments in international markets.
