Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior manager, Brand Marketing to lead the development and execution of the local strategy for TTR amyloidosis in Italy. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand direction, strengthening cross-functional alignment, and ensuring disciplined execution across all key initiatives.
In this position, you will own and adapt the Italian brand strategy in alignment with global and regional guidance, drive the coordinated delivery of critical tactics, and serve as a key partner to the Marketing Director to maintain strong, consistent communication between the Italian organization and the broader regional team. This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week on-site in our Milan office.
Key Responsibilities
- Own our RNAi drug brand strategy and annual brand plan, ensuring alignment with global guidance and local market dynamics.
- Define clear positioning, value proposition, and differentiation vs. competitors in the ATTR space.
- Coordinate the cross-functional brand team and ensure flawless governance, decision-making, and risk mitigation across stakeholders.
- Manage agency partners and vendors and manage brand budget.
- Continuously gather market insights (HCP behaviors, patient journey, competitive intelligence) to anticipate shifts.
- Own the forecast inputs for the brand and provide robust business assumptions.
- Lead development and localization of promotional materials and digital assets. Manage omnichannel execution: content planning, segmentation, KPIs, optimization and ensure compliance across all promotional activities.
- Design and execute a launch plan in ATTR-CM setting, including pre-launch activities, stakeholder mapping, tactical mix, and field readiness.
- Track launch metrics and adapt in real time.
- Build and deploy customer engagement strategies across priority HCPs and centers of expertise both in cardiology and neurology.
- Partner with sales to ensure alignment on targeting, messaging, and performance reviews.
- Deliver brand performance dashboards and business reviews, identifying performance gaps and define corrective actions.
- Support the junior brand manager and build and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment

Qualifications
- MsC in Life Sciences; Business qualification, PhD and sales experience are plus
- Solid track record in biopharmaceutical marketing; experience in specialty or rare diseases is strongly valued i.e. Cardiology
- Proven capability in digital and omnichannel strategy development and execution.
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and prioritize multiple complex projects across functions and markets.
- Strong leadership in cross-functional engagement, influencing without authority, and driving alignment.
- Advanced project management and planning capabilities, with solid execution discipline.
- Clear, concise communication skills, both strategic and operational.
- Proactive, resilient, and solution-oriented mindset suitable for a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
