About the Role

 

Join our Medical Affairs team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international biopharmaceutical environment. In this role, you will support the coordination of medical projects, events, and operational processes, working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.

 

You will have the opportunity to take on ownership of tasks while developing practical experience at key interfaces across the organization.

 

Your Responsibilities

 

  • Provide proactive organizational and operational support to the Medical Affairs team
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, tracking, and documenting medical projects, events, and activities
  • Support compliance, contract, finance, and material approval processes
  • Maintain trackers, lists, and internal overviews (e.g. events, timelines, deadlines)
  • Prepare, update, and align presentations and project-related materials
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) and external partners (e.g. agencies)

 

Your Profile

 

  • Currently enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Health Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Management, or similar)
  • Fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills (written and spoken)
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Interest in medical topics, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Veeva, A-CAP, SAP Ariba, or similar systems is a plus
  • Ideally, initial experience in a pharmaceutical, medical, or operational environment

Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich Medical Affairs unterstützt du unser Team bei der Koordination medizinischer Projekte, Veranstaltungen und operativer Prozesse. Du arbeitest an zentralen Schnittstellen im Unternehmen sowie mit externen Partnern und erhältst Einblicke in die Abläufe eines internationalen biopharmazeutischen Unternehmens.

 

Die Rolle bietet dir die Möglichkeit, eigenverantwortlich Aufgaben zu übernehmen und praktische Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld zu sammeln.

 

Deine Aufgaben

 

  • Proaktive organisatorische und operative Unterstützung des Medical Affairs Teams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei Planung, Koordination, Nachverfolgung und strukturierter Dokumentation von Projekten, Veranstaltungen und Aktivitäten
  • Mitarbeit bei Compliance-, Vertrags-, Finanz- und Materialfreigabeprozessen
  • Pflege von Trackern, Listen und internen Übersichten (z. B. Veranstaltungen, Deadlines)
  • Erstellung, Anpassung und Abstimmung von Präsentationen und projektbezogenen Unterlagen
  • Abstimmung mit internen Teams (z. B. Commercial, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) sowie externen Partnern (z. B. Agenturen)

 

Dein Profil

 

  • Eingeschriebene:r Student:in in einem relevanten Studiengang (z. B. Life Sciences, Gesundheitswissenschaften, Pharmazie, Gesundheitsmanagement oder vergleichbar)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1/C2) sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick
  • Interesse an medizinischen Themen, Projektkoordination und bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Veeva, A-CAP, SAP Ariba oder vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil
  • Idealerweise erste praktische Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen, medizinischen oder organisatorischen Umfeld
