Overview
As Alnylam continues to grow across geographies, omnichannel execution must be high‑quality, compliant, and practical for local teams. The Senior Manager, Omnichannel Content Enablement (International) supports this by enabling country teams and regional partners to effectively use approved platforms, tools, and standards. This role contributes through hands‑on enablement and execution across web, digital engagement, and data‑driven customer experiences. Working closely with country teams, regional colleagues, and global Customer Experience & Innovation colleagues based in Alnylam’s U.S. headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the Senior Manager helps translate enterprise standards into real‑world execution.
The is a hyrbid role requiring 2 days week based in our Zug office.
Key Responsibilities
Omnichannel Enablement & Execution
- Support omnichannel initiatives across markets using approved enterprise platforms and tools
- Work directly with country teams to configure, validate, and deploy executions across email, web, and digitally enabled field interactions
- Apply enterprise standards for omnichannel delivery while supporting appropriate local adaptation
Product‑Minded Enablement & Improvement
- Approach enablement with a product mindset, focusing on usability and clarity of requirements
- Identify recurring execution challenges and contribute practical recommendations to improve platforms, workflows, and documentation
- Share execution learnings from international markets with global teams to support continuous improvement
Content & Web Enablement
- Support application of enterprise content standards across digital properties
- Participate in web and content updates, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance
Customer Engagement & Data Readiness
- Support audience segmentation and activation activities
- Apply and validate consent, preference, and suppression logic in accordance with GDPR and European privacy requirements
- Support campaign readiness activities prior to launch
Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, or customer engagement roles, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution and enablement.
- Demonstrated experience working directly with omnichannel platforms and tools, including:
- Proven ability to configure, validate, and troubleshoot omnichannel executions across channels such as email, web, and digitally enabled field interactions.
- Experience translating enterprise standards and technical requirements into practical execution guidance for in-market teams.
- Experience operating within regulated environments, with working knowledge of GDPR, consent management, and privacy-by-design practices.
- Background in consumer packaged goods, consumer technology, or other consumer-facing industries preferred, especially roles involving scaled digital execution, platform standardization, or high-volume campaign delivery.
- Experience in pharma or biotech is a plus, particularly where roles required balancing compliance with execution speed and quality.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus.
